REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR CANDIDATES (must be at least 60 days before the conclusion of director election): Member submittal deadline to self-nominate for director election Manager to verify candidates’’ eligibility Determine if election will be by acclamation or by ballot	July 5, 2025 5pm
GENERAL NOTICE – Give general election notice by posting the following information (must be completed at least 60 days before the conclusion of the director election) Date, time, and location where ballots are to be returned to the inspector of elections Date, time, and location of the member meeting where ballots are to be tabulated List of nominees (candidates) in the director election	July 6, 2025
ELECTION MATERIAL is to be mailed to the membership at least 30 days before the conclusion of the election and to include: Secret ballots and instructions Mailing and privacy envelopes Notice of date, time, location, website where the election rules can e found and any agenda for the member meeting Candidate and member election statements Website where the election rules can be found	August 8, 2025
Poll Closes: Ballots must be received by BELLWETHER by 5 PM (PST)	September 7, 2025 5pm
Tabulation of ballots by BELLWETHER: Secret ballots will be opened and counted, and results will be announced	September 8, 2025 5pm
